In Reanne Becerra post it talkes about how difficult it is to not getting around politics without mentioning Donald Trump. I agree, most of my post that I have summited talk about how unfair of a president he is. I also agree that Donald Trump mostly deals with issues that will bring him popularity. He always is on social media like twitter and is always posting irrelevant things like talking about celebrities when there are other more important issues that need to be talked about. She also mention that he docent have a political background and thats why he docent understand how important it is to be a president. I agree with what she is saying because most of the things that he has done don't benefit the people of the U.S.

The new bill that was just passed by the House of Representatives has caused controversy.The bill bands "sanctuary" jurisdiction in Texas. The bill lets the state police to ask people about there immigration status.Many people are not in favor of the bill there has bean protest to ban the bill.In the New York times theres an article that after the bill was passes many went to protest in the capitol.About two dozen demonstrators held a daylong sit-in at a state building on the grounds of the Texas Capitol on Monday to oppose legislation that would ban so-called sanctuary jurisdictions in Texas.I think that the bill should be removed because its unfair and many families are going to be separated.

In a blog post title "Online attacks "by Luis Pena talked about how the government is invading our privacy by collecting data form our phones and our searched history(Verizon and Comcast).Luis made a good point pointing out that the government may need from time to time to check on us for illegal reasons but the only point that he made that I don't agree a hundred percent on is that people with no criminal record can be excluded from being checked.I think if the government checks us all is because we never know that the people with no criminal record can be the one that may be planning to do something illegal.Either way I don't like the idea that the government is invading our privacy and that phone companies and the social media or search tools can sell out the information they have of us. I understand that there doing it for a good reason to keep us out of harms way but no one likes to be spy'd on.

Ever since Trump became president there has bean many issues regarding the religion of the people and where there from.He wants to make America great again but in my opinion he is doing the opposite he thinks that getting rid of the immigrants he is going to make America great again but the truth is that immigrants make most of the population of America and getting rid of us is going to ruin the economy of this country.He began his presidency by putting a travel band witch many were not happy and the people united to make these nonsense stop becuase many of those people did nothing wrong.He also wants to build a wall to stope immigrants especially Mexicans from entering the U.S which I think is ironic becuase the ones building the wall are immigrants and frankly I think that is not going to stop people from immigranting to the U.S and it's going to be a waste of money.Trump hasent bean a good president he is not looking after its people he is thinking of something else.The U.S is made of immigrants and most of the immigrants come from Latin. America and if he want to take us out he is going to find and America that is going to suffer a lot especially like I said economically.

For the better or worst

In The New York Times there's an article titled "What the Job Report is Telling Mr.Trump" by The Editorial Board Is arguing that there has been a growth in job employment and Trump is taking the credit for the growth while the job growth was when Obama was the president at that time.The article  is sayin that even tough that there is more jobs Trump needs to do more to keep the jobs growing instead of declining.Also Trump needs to do more dealing with unemployment becuase were still not In a really good position becuase even tough jobs are increasing wages also need to be fix.The wages are too low and we need to get the more up than there are.Trump fades a lot of challenges when fixing unemployment and the article said that Trump may not put much effort towards fixing it since Trump doesn't seem interested in fixing it.I agree becuase he's more interested in deporting immigrants all we seen since his presidency is deportation and laws that don't benefit many people.The article is intended for Trump becuase it is giving him a hint of what he needs to do to fix unemployment and keep the jobs growing.

Belonging

In New York Times there's an article title "why I will not leave" by Jannette Vizguerra and in the article she tells us her openion on the deportation that has bean going on since Trump  got into the presidency.She tells us that since she has some criminal record that she has to take refuge at the church because she is affreid to get deported and leave her children without a mother  to raise them and take care of them.She also informed us that she is living at a church and she can't go home to her children because the church protects her from being deported but even tough is hard for her she has taken action to protest and the church helps her as well in the fight against deportation and other injustices. What I'm getting from Jannettes article is that there are many people that fear of getting deported and being separated from there family but even tough there is fear we still neeed to fight to get justice.She also has some evidence from what happen to another woman mother of a child that got deposited and she had to leave her children behind.I agree with what Jannette because I see my family and my neighbors talking and I can see that there is fear to be deported and being separated from there family's.The article is intended for both immigrants and non immigrants what I mean by that is people who came to this country and got papers to join and protest to make a difference.

Rejection of Trumps Ban

In The New York Times there's an article called "Court Refuses to Reinstate Travel Ban Dealing Trump Another Legal Loss" by Adam Liptak was about the court not wanting to restore Trumps ban on travel into the U.S from seven largely Muslim nations even if they had visas .The three judge panel indicated that the ban didn't advance to national security because there was no evidence and that there was no one from the seven nations that had committed terrorist attacks to the U.S.This article is worth reading because it keeps us informed of what's going on in out government and what de ion say have bean may or can be made.
